๐ŸŒ‹ Kraft Four

Everything the platform will take

Kraft Four is the top of the Kraft line and exists for one reason: 32GB of video memory. Everything else is Kraft Three, which is already a serious workstation. What this build adds is an RTX 5090 and the 1200W supply it needs, specified together rather than bolted on afterwards, for the work where VRAM is the wall you actually hit. Twenty-four Intel cores, 64GB of system memory and two Thunderbolt 4 ports behind wraparound glass, in white throughout.

๐Ÿงฌ Built to last, designed to evolve

Every PC36 system is upgradable over time, so your investment grows with your needs. There is nothing above this in our range, so the room to grow here is in the parts around the card: three of four M.2 slots free, two of four memory slots free, and a chassis and power supply that will not be the reason you cannot change something later. Ask us on live chat about storage layouts or memory at any point in the machine's life.

๐Ÿ“ƒ Specifications

  • ๐Ÿง  CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • 24 cores in total: 8 performance cores boosting to 5.5GHz and 16 efficiency cores at 4.7GHz, with 76MB of combined L2 and L3 cache
    • Those 16 efficiency cores are the reason this chip is here. In an export, a render or a compile, every core counts, and this processor finishes that kind of work substantially faster than the eight-core gaming chips we fit elsewhere in the range
    • Intel Quick Sync on board, a dedicated media engine that handles H.264, HEVC and AV1 encoding and decoding in hardware. Paired with the graphics card's NVENC, that gives you two independent encoders: one can be running your stream while the other exports a timeline
    • Being straight about the trade: in pure gaming a Ryzen X3D chip is roughly 10 to 15 percent ahead of this one, because 3D V-Cache is very good at exactly that one job. It is nowhere near this processor in multi-threaded work. If you want a 5090 purely to play games, say so on live chat and we will build you one on a Ryzen X3D instead
    • Socket LGA1851 on the Z890 platform, with official support for DDR5 well beyond the speed fitted here
  • โ„๏ธ CPU cooler: Thermalright Aqua Elite V6 360mm ARGB liquid cooler, white
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • 360mm radiator with three ARGB fans and an ARGB pump head, in white to match the rest of the build, mounted in the top of the case as exhaust
    • Top mounting rather than side is deliberate. The side mount on this case sits directly behind the wraparound glass, and that space belongs to the intake fans you can actually see. Putting the radiator up top keeps the view clean and sends processor heat straight out of the roof
    • A 270K Plus under a sustained render is a genuinely demanding load, unlike a gaming chip that peaks and settles. 360mm of radiator is specified for that sustained case, not for the peak, which is why the machine stays composed through a long export rather than only through a match
  • ๐Ÿ”ฒ Motherboard: ASRock Z890 LiveMixer WiFi (ATX)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • 18+1+1+1+1 phase power design with 80A SPS stages. Plain English translation: enormous power delivery headroom, which matters more here than on a gaming build because a 24 core chip under a long render draws hard and keeps drawing. The board will not be the thing that limits this processor
    • Two Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 Type-C ports on the rear, which is the single biggest reason this board is in this build. External RAID enclosures at up to 40Gbps, professional displays, capture devices and audio interfaces all connect directly with no add-in card. There is a front USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C header as well
    • Four M.2 slots, one PCIe Gen5 x4, two Gen4 x4 and one hybrid Gen4 x4 / SATA. Three stay free, which is what makes a proper scratch disk and archive setup possible without replacing anything
    • PCIe 5.0 x16 straight from the processor for the graphics card, which is what a card of this class should be sitting in, plus two further x16-length slots running at x4 from the chipset for capture cards or additional storage
    • Four DDR5 slots supporting up to 256GB, two of them free
    • Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet onboard, with Realtek ALC1220 audio
    • PC36 only uses motherboards chosen for stability and longevity. See our Trusted brands page
  • ๐Ÿ“ Memory / RAM: 64GB (2ร—32GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Two 32GB modules rather than four 16GB ones, and that is a deliberate engineering choice rather than a cost one. Four sticks put considerably more load on the processor's memory controller, and four-stick kits frequently will not hold their rated speed as a result. Two larger modules run at the speed on the box
    • It also leaves two slots completely free, so 128GB later is an addition rather than throwing away everything you already have
    • DDR5-6000 CL36, with the memory profile enabled in BIOS before the machine leaves us rather than left at a slow default
    • 64GB is the capacity at which large compositions, multi-stream 4K and 8K timelines, big 3D scenes and heavy Lightroom or Capture One catalogues all stop being a negotiation with your machine
    • Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
  • ๐Ÿ’พ Storage: 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD (TLC)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • TLC flash rated at 6,500MB/s or better, which holds its speed on long sustained writes rather than dropping off once a cache fills. On a machine bought for video work that is the specification that matters, and it is why we do not fit QLC here
    • Higher write endurance than the entry-tier alternative, which matters when you are ingesting footage and scratching to disk daily rather than installing a game once
    • If you want a DRAM-buffered drive specifically, ask us on live chat. For sustained professional workloads there is a case for it, and we would rather have that conversation with you than quietly fit either one and let you find out later
    • 1TB is the one number on this spec sheet we would expect you to change. On a machine at this level most people want a separate scratch disk and a separate project archive, and three M.2 slots stay free for exactly that. Tell us how you work and we will suggest the layout rather than simply selling you a bigger single drive
    • Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
  • ๐ŸŽฎ Graphics card: NVIDIA RTX 5090 32GB (shipped separately for safety, see below)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • This is a very bulky and extremely valuable graphics card, and as such it will be shipped separately with instructions for you to install it upon receipt
    • To be clear about what that means: the card is fitted into this exact system, stress tested in it, and only then carefully removed and boxed for transit. Your machine is built and validated as a whole. We do not drop-ship graphics cards or send you parts to assemble
    • 32GB of GDDR7 on a 512-bit bus, and that is the entire reason to buy this build rather than Kraft Three. Running out of video memory is not a gradual slowdown, it is a wall: a scene that does not fit either spills to system memory and crawls, or does not render at all. If your work has hit that wall, nothing else on this page matters as much
    • Where it earns its money: very large 3D scenes and GPU rendering, high-resolution compositing and effects, 8K timelines, and running local AI models where the whole thing has to sit in VRAM at once
    • Where it does not: 4K gaming. The RTX 5080 in Kraft Three already plays everything at 4K ultra, and the gap between the two in games is far smaller than the gap in price. We would rather tell you that here than let you find out afterwards
    • The chipset and VRAM are guaranteed: it will always be an RTX 5090 with 32GB. The AIB brand varies with availability, and we only use established manufacturers. See our Trusted brands page for more info
  • ๐Ÿงฐ Case: Corsair 3500X RS-R ARGB, white
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Dual chamber design with wraparound tempered glass across the front and side, so the build is on show from two angles and the cabling lives in the second chamber where it is not
    • Takes graphics cards up to 425mm, which matters more on this build than on any other in the range. RTX 5090 designs are large, and this chassis swallows them without the card fouling the front glass or the intake fans
    • CPU coolers up to 170mm, and room for up to an E-ATX board if this machine is ever rebuilt
    • 360mm radiator support in both the top and the side. No front mount, which is what determines the cooling layout described below
    • Validated for rear-connector motherboards, so a future rebuild with a hidden-cable board is an option rather than a project
  • ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Case cooling: 4 ร— 120mm ARGB fans. Three reverse-blade intakes included with the case, one rear exhaust fitted by us, plus the three fans on the radiator
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • The three intake fans are Corsair RS120-R, and the R matters: they are reverse rotor, meaning the blade face rather than the frame and hub is what you see through the glass. Corsair make a reverse version for precisely this kind of case, and fitting the ordinary version instead would mean looking at the back of three fans all day
    • Those three sit on the side mount, feeding cool air directly across the graphics card. On a build with a 5090 in it that is doing real work rather than decorating the case: this card produces more heat than anything else we fit, and it needs cool air arriving at it rather than air the rest of the system has already used
    • The radiator's three fans exhaust through the roof, so processor heat and graphics card heat never compete for the same path. With a 5090 and a 24 core processor in the same chassis, keeping those two heat sources on separate routes is the whole job
    • Seven fans in total, all white, all ARGB, all tuned before dispatch. Airflow is verified through our standard stress testing rather than assumed
  • โšก Power supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GT Snow 1200W 80+ Gold, fully modular
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • White throughout, including the cables, which is the reason this specific unit is here. Most white power supplies ship with black cables and undo the effect entirely
    • 1200W, and unlike most of our range this is not headroom for its own sake. A 5090 draws around 575W by itself and produces sharp transient spikes well above that, so a supply sized for a smaller card is the part that shuts the machine down mid-render. This one is specified for the card rather than the other way round
    • Native 12V-2x6 PCIe 5.1 cable rated for the full load, so the card plugs straight in with no adaptor and no dongle. On a card of this class we would not fit anything that needed one
    • Fully modular, which genuinely matters in this chassis. A dual chamber case has less room for slack than a conventional tower, so fitting only the cables this build uses keeps the second chamber tidy and the airflow clean
  • ๐Ÿ”Œ Cabling: White cabling throughout, neatly arranged
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • The power supply's own white cables are used, so there is no black run breaking up the build where it shows through the glass
    • The second chamber takes the slack, and the visible runs are finished cleanly without being overtightened, so future upgrades stay straightforward
    • White braided cable extensions are available from the upgrade options if you want the visible runs to have more texture
  • ๐Ÿ“ถ WiFi / Bluetooth / Ethernet: Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, included
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 are built into the ASRock Z890 LiveMixer WiFi. No separate adapter needed, and the aerial is supplied in the box
    • Wi-Fi 7 adds the 6GHz band and wider channels, which is usually far less congested than 2.4 and 5GHz if your router supports it
    • 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, which on a machine at this level is a daily-use feature rather than a spec sheet line: moving finished projects to a NAS at wired speed is something you will do constantly
  • ๐ŸชŸ Operating system: As chosen by you from the listing options below. Windows 11 Home (OEM) is recommended.
  • ๐Ÿงน Setup and optimisation: PC36 High-Class Standard. Full stress test with certificate, bloat-free installation, and BIOS set up properly
Click or tap for deeper spec info

PC36 High-Class Standard, included free with every build

    • Ready the moment you open the box. Your PC boots straight into Windows with a local account already set up. No account sign-in wall, no first-run questionnaire, no half-hour of setup before you can use the machine you just bought
    • BIOS updated and configured properly: manual fan curves, memory profile enabled, Secure Boot enabled, power limits set correctly for this processor rather than left on a board default
    • Vanilla Windows 11 installation if you choose Windows, with no bloatware added by us, and all drivers loaded and ready to go
    • Full stress test with certificate. Every system is torture tested on CPU, RAM and GPU before dispatch, and ships with the certificate to prove it. On a machine at this price that certificate is worth reading: it is the evidence that the card, the processor and the supply were all pushed hard together before it left us

PC36 Premier Optimisation, available in the listing options

    • CPU tuning to bring thermals and noise down with minimal performance loss, plus a deeper strip and debloat of Windows
    • Includes a proper acoustic pass on the fans, with curves tuned by ear and under load. Worth considering on this build specifically: a machine that renders for hours at a time is one you hear, and a gaming machine that peaks for thirty seconds is not

PC36 Ultimate Performance Tune, available in the listing options

    • Advanced overclocking: RAM tune, CPU tune and GPU overclock on top of everything in Premier
    • On a workstation this is worth a conversation rather than a click. Stability across an eight-hour render matters more than a peak benchmark figure, so our tuning here is deliberately more conservative than it would be on a gaming build, and on some workflows we would advise against it entirely. Ask us and we will tell you honestly what it is worth for what you actually do
  • ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Warranty: 3 years parts & labour (return to base)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Standard 3-year coverage included, parts and labour both
    • Optional extended warranties in the listing options below
Why don't all parts list a brand and model?

Most of our spec is named exactly. The processor, motherboard, case, cooler and power supply are the models listed, every time.

For memory, storage and graphics cards we give a performance and quality guarantee instead of a model name. Supply on these three moves constantly, and pricing with it. Rather than list a part we might not be able to source next week, we commit to the specification: capacity, speed, timings, endurance class. And for graphics cards, we will always give you the chipset (e.g. RTX 5090) and VRAM (e.g. 32GB) that is listed.

We only use parts from established manufacturers. In practice the difference between two well-made components at the same specification is small enough that most people would never notice it.

If you'd like to know exactly what's going into your machine, ask before you order and we'll tell you. If you'd prefer a particular model, we can usually accommodate that, and you'd pay the difference in cost.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Transparency notes

  • The graphics card ships in its own box. This system contains a bulky and highly valuable graphics card. Therefore, we will ship the graphics card in a separate box, and provide simple instructions showing you how to install it. All graphics cards have a point of weakness at the "PCIe" connector. Separate shipping of the card prevents shipping damage to the graphics card which may occur despite our industry-leading packaging methods. If you have any queries about this, please contact us.
  • If 32GB of VRAM is not what you are buying, buy Kraft Three instead. It is this same machine with an RTX 5080 and costs considerably less, and for 4K gaming, editing and grading it does the job. We would rather sell you the right one.
  • Product images are representative photos of a similar spec in the same style. Your PC will look similar but not identical. Our support team can help clarify anything you're unsure of.
  • Every component in this build is white, including the power supply cables, for colour matching across the Kraft series. White parts generally cost more to source than their black equivalents because they are made in smaller numbers, and that is reflected in the price rather than hidden in it. A black version of this machine costs less: ask on live chat and we will quote it.
  • RGB heatspreaders on the RAM are not guaranteed unless the quick add-on is chosen. White memory is fitted where stock allows but is not guaranteed.
  • Most parts are named models and will be what is delivered. RAM, SSD and graphics card will instead carry a spec guarantee due to current market conditions making stock very variable. This keeps us agile enough to offer good pricing and honest spec lists. If you want clarity on precise models we will use, drop us a live chat on the day you're ready to purchase and we'll confirm it.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Popular upgrade options

  • Need a monitor, keyboard or mouse? Scroll past the add to cart button. We've paired specific peripherals to get the best out of this build.
  • Storage: 2TB in the listing options, or additional drives added via live chat.
Click or tap for more info

The upgrade we would take first on this machine, and the one most owners of a system like this actually need. Three M.2 slots stay free, one of them PCIe Gen5, so we can fit a fast scratch disk and a separate project archive alongside the system drive rather than making one drive bigger. On a machine handling 8K footage, a single 1TB drive is the bottleneck long before anything else is. Tell us how you work and we will suggest the layout. This is also the conversation to have if you want DRAM-buffered drives.

  • Memory upgrade to 128GB: available via live chat.
Click or tap for more info

Two slots stay free, so this is an addition rather than a replacement, which is exactly why we fitted two 32GB modules rather than four 16GB ones. Worth it for very large 3D scenes, heavy compositing or running several virtual machines alongside your work. If you are buying this build for local AI work, this is the upgrade to discuss with us at the same time as the storage.

  • Braided cable extensions in white: available from the quick-add upgrades section.
Click or tap for more info

The power supply already supplies white cables, so this is about texture rather than colour. Worth it on a build behind wraparound glass where the visible runs are on show from two angles.

  • Black version of this build: available by request via live chat.
Click or tap for more info

Same specification, black components throughout, and it costs less. White parts are made in smaller volumes and cost more to source, so if the colour is not the point for you, we will pass that saving on. Ask us for a quote.

๐ŸŽฏ What is this PC best for?

  • GPU rendering and very large 3D scenes, where 32GB of VRAM is the difference between rendering and not rendering
  • 8K timelines, high-resolution compositing and heavy effects work
  • Running local AI models that need the whole thing resident in video memory
  • Thunderbolt 4 workflows: external RAID chains, capture devices, professional displays and audio interfaces
  • Streaming and recording, with Quick Sync and NVENC giving you two independent hardware encoders
  • 4K gaming at ultra settings when the work is done, though Kraft Three does that too for a good deal less

๐Ÿ“Š Performance estimates

Figures are given at both 1440p and 4K. At 1440p a card like this is often waiting on the processor rather than the other way round, which is why the gap over an RTX 5080 looks smaller there than at 4K. Performance varies with game updates, maps, settings and background apps. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Fortnite logo Fortnite - Competitive Settings (click or tap to expand)

1440p: 330-410 FPS
4K: 250-320 FPS
Native testing (no upscaling or frame generation).

Cyberpunk 2077 logo Cyberpunk 2077 - Ray Tracing Medium (click or tap to expand)

1440p: 165-210 FPS
4K: 120-155 FPS
Upscaling set to Auto (DLSS / FSR / XeSS based on GPU).

Battlefield 6 logo Battlefield 6 - High Settings (click or tap to expand)

1440p: 175-215 FPS
4K: 125-160 FPS
Native testing (no upscaling or frame generation).

DaVinci Resolve logo DaVinci Resolve - PugetBench Standard (click or tap to expand)

Estimated score: 14,000-15,500
The highest figure in our range, and the place where the 5090 shows its value more clearly than in any game.
