👁️ Transparency notes

• To make full use of the 500Hz refresh rate you'll need a GPU capable of pushing high frame rates in your games — typically RTX 5080 / RX 9070 XT class and above. At lower frame rates the monitor still performs excellently, you just won't see the full benefit of the refresh rate.
• OLED panels can develop burn-in from static UI elements over years of heavy use. MSI's OLED Care 2.0 features and 3-year burn-in warranty are the industry standard protections, but worth understanding before choosing OLED.
• DisplayPort 2.1a is required to drive the full 500Hz — make sure your GPU supports DP 2.1 if maxing out the refresh rate matters. RTX 50-series and RX 9000-series cards support this. Earlier GPUs will run the monitor at lower refresh rates over DP 1.4.
