1. Overview

This website is operated by PC36 LTD (“PC36”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our site, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy, and Shipping Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian if you are aged 13–17. The site is not intended for children under 13.

3. Products & Services

  • Physical Products: PCs and accessories built or supplied by PC36. Product images and descriptions are for guidance only; minor variations may occur.
  • Digital Products: PC36 Digital Build Guides and educational content. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Exclusions: Software license keys, gift cards, and personalised/custom items may have specific terms and are excluded from cancellation/return as described in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Payment must be made in full before dispatch or digital access is granted.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once payment is approved and we dispatch the goods (or provide digital access). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery at the point of delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Your rights to cancel, return, and warranty coverage are explained fully in our Returns & Warranty Policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

8. Digital Products

Digital Build Guides and educational content are for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold. Refunds for digital products are limited to those described in our Returns & Warranty Policy. Windows/software license keys and other one-time-use codes are strictly non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business) arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital guides, is the property of PC36 LTD or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
