PC36 Shipping Policy

1. Our Responsibility
When we send an item to you, it remains our responsibility until it reaches the point of delivery. The point of delivery can be your residential or business address. If your parcel goes missing or is damaged before this point, we will remedy the situation.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@pc36.co.uk. We will launch an investigation with the carrier. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund until the investigation is complete.
Safeplace, neighbour and pick-up point delivery is prohibited on PC36 orders for PCs.
2. Your Responsibility (Returns & Trade-Ins)
When you send an item to us (for example, a return, trade-in, or warranty claim), the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked courier service with full insurance to protect yourself against loss or damage in transit.
3. Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items promptly. Delivery times vary by carrier and service level, but are typically 1–3 working days within the UK once dispatched. PC builds may require additional handling time (usually 5–10 working days) before shipping.
We typically dispatch PC orders on Fridays, but in high volume periods we may ship on other days as well
Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier or supply chain issues. If your order is delayed, we ask for your patience while the parcel is in transit.
4. Carriers We Use
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your items safely:
For PCs
- DPD
- UPS (for oversized items)
- Parcelforce (only if the above carriers are unavailable)
- Local deliveries may be eligible for by-hand delivery

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery service, size, and weight of your order. Some promotional items may qualify for free delivery. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the product page.
6. International Shipping
At this time, PC36 primarily ships within the UK. If you are based outside the UK and wish to order, please contact us first to discuss available options, as shipping fees, timescales, and import duties may vary. Of course this does not apply to digital products
7. Our commitment to sustainability
Your parcel may contain a mixture of different packing materials that we have repurposed. This is done deliberately to reduce waste, without affecting the durability of your shipment
8. Enhanced security with GPS tracking
High-value items may include a GPS/LORAWAN/Bluetooth tracker for enhanced security. We will request your permission before doing this. PC36 LTD will not use any of this data for any purpose other than locating your delivery. The customer is obligated to return the tag which remains the property of PC36 LTD. We will provide a return label and packaging
