The 7800X3D is the processor that made 3D V-Cache famous, and it does something unusual: it is faster in games than chips that draw twice the power. Less heat produced means less heat to move, which means slower fans, which means a quieter machine. The RX 9070 XT then handles 1440p at ultra without thinking about it and steps up to 4K when you ask.

  Every case and cooler fan swapped for Noctua NF-A12x25 G2s with a noise profile tuned into the BIOS to match. It is as quiet as current hardware gets. Two honest caveats: the Noctua fans are 120mm, so the case's three 140mm intakes would be replaced by smaller fans, and Noctua do not do ARGB, so the lighting goes.
