🌪 Luftstrom One

Clean white, and quieter than the room it sits in

There is a scoop moulded into the floor of this case. It has one job: to take the air arriving through the mesh front and aim it at the graphics card, rather than letting it wander around inside and warm up on the way. Luftstrom One is built around the case that does it, the Fractal Meshify 3 Ambience Pro, in white, with 3 × 140mm intake fans as standard behind a filtered mesh front.

Cool parts don't need fast fans, and slow fans don't make noise. That is the whole argument for this series, and it is what an RTX 5070 running 1440p at high refresh gets out of it: a machine that sits at the desktop in near silence and stays composed when you put it to work.

It is the first step into the Luftstrom range, and the one we'd happily leave on a desk in a quiet room.

🧬 Built to last, designed to evolve

This system is built on AMD's latest AM5 platform, which offers one of the best upgrade paths available today. That means you can start with a great processor now and still have room to move up the stack later, while keeping the same motherboard, case, power supply and most of your core components. GPU, storage and cooling are all easily upgradable so the system can grow with your needs over time.

📃 Specifications

  • 🧠 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • 6 cores, 12 threads of Zen 4, with 38MB of combined cache and a 5.0GHz boost
    • 65W TDP, though boost routinely takes it past that and it will pull around 88W with every core loaded. That is a small heat load for a 240mm liquid cooler, so the fans are never given a reason to spin up
    • The 7500F is the value pick of the AM5 range and has been for a while. It has no integrated graphics, which is the only reason it costs less than the 7600 - and in a machine with an RTX 5070 in it, integrated graphics do nothing for you
    • Six cores is the right number for gaming at this level. Paired with a 5070 at 1440p, the graphics card is what sets the frame rate in almost every title, so spending more on the processor here would not show up on screen
    • The AM5 socket is supported by AMD into the future, so a large CPU upgrade later is a single part swap rather than a new build
  • ❄️ CPU cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240 A-RGB (white)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • 240mm radiator, but a 38mm thick one rather than the 27mm most AIOs at this size use. That extra thickness is roughly 23% more cooling surface, which is why this cooler consistently outperforms units that look identical on paper
    • Two P12 PWM A-RGB fans running 200 to 2000rpm, plus a 60mm fan built into the pump head that cools the motherboard's power stages directly. Almost no other AIO does this
    • Offset cold plate, aligned to where AMD actually puts the heat on AM5 rather than to the centre of the chip
    • MX-6 thermal paste pre-applied, and a 6 year ARCTIC warranty
    • Mounted in the top as exhaust, so CPU heat leaves the case rather than being pushed back over the graphics card. It is far more cooler than a 7500F needs, which is the point: it will never be the loud part of this machine
  • 🔲 Motherboard: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E (ATX)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • White PCB with silver heatsinks, chosen so the board disappears into the build rather than fighting it. Most white builds still have a black motherboard in the middle of them
    • 15 phase power design (12+2+1) on the CPU. Plain English translation: far more power delivery than a 7500F will ever ask for, so the board stays comfortable if you upgrade to a Ryzen 9 later
    • Two M.2 slots, the primary one running at PCIe Gen5 x4 speeds for future drives
    • Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet onboard
    • PCIe 4.0 x16 graphics slot. Nothing at this tier comes close to saturating it
    • PC36 only uses motherboards chosen for stability and longevity. See our Trusted brands page
  • 📏 Memory / RAM: 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • EXPO-tuned dual channel DDR5-6000 CL36, the speed and timing combination Ryzen responds to best on AM5. We fit CL36 as standard rather than the slower CL40 kits often used at this price
    • 32GB is comfortable headroom for gaming, streaming and creative work at the same time, without paying for capacity that sits idle
    • Two sticks in two slots, leaving two free. Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
  • 💾 Storage: 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Rated at 5,000MB/s or better. Games load in seconds and Windows feels immediate
    • A second M.2 slot sits free, and it is the Gen5 one, so adding a fast second drive later costs you nothing in flexibility
    • Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
  • 🎮 Graphics card: NVIDIA RTX 5070 12GB
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Built for 1440p at high refresh, which is what this machine is aimed at. High settings in modern AAA titles, and very high frame rates in competitive shooters
    • 12GB of GDDR7 on a 192-bit bus, with the Blackwell ray tracing hardware and DLSS 4 multi frame generation. In supported titles that turns ray tracing from a slideshow into something you can leave switched on
    • Sits directly over the case's floor scoop, which feeds it cool air from outside rather than air the rest of the system has already warmed
    • The chipset and VRAM are guaranteed: it will always be an RTX 5070 with 12GB. The AIB brand varies with availability, and we only use established manufacturers. See our Trusted brands page for more info
  • 🧰 Case: Fractal Meshify 3 Ambience Pro RGB (white)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • The reason this series exists. Full mesh front panel with dust filtering, and an air guide plus a moulded scoop in the floor that directs intake air onto the graphics card instead of letting it wander
    • Three 140mm Momentum A-RGB fans included as front intake, which is unusual - most cases at any price ship with 120mm fans, and 140mm fans move more air per revolution, so they can spin slower for the same result
    • The Adjust Pro Hub controls all the lighting from the case itself. No software to install, nothing running in the background, and the setting is remembered by the hub. That fits how we set machines up: we do not want a lighting app sat in your system tray
    • Tempered glass side panel, tool-free access, and Fractal's usual restrained Scandinavian finish rather than gamer styling
    • Supports graphics cards up to 349mm and CPU coolers up to 180mm tall
    • 433 × 229 × 507mm on the outside, which is a conventional mid tower footprint
  • 🌬️ Case cooling: 3 × 140mm front intake and 1 × 120mm rear exhaust, plus 2 × 120mm on the AIO radiator
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Three 140mm Momentum A-RGB fans pull cool air in through the mesh front. We add a 120mm exhaust at the rear so warm air leaves on the shortest path rather than circulating
    • The AIO sits in the top as exhaust. Front in, top and rear out, which is the configuration this case was designed around
    • Slight positive pressure by design, so air enters through the filtered front rather than being pulled in through every gap in the chassis. In practice that means noticeably less dust inside a year from now
    • Six fans in total, all tuned to a manual curve before dispatch rather than left on the motherboard's default. ARGB is controlled from the Adjust Pro Hub and can be turned off entirely without affecting the look of the build
  • Power supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GT Snow 750W 80+ Gold, fully modular
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Chosen for this build specifically because it ships with white cables as standard. That is the difference between a white build and a white build with black cables running through the middle of it, and it is why we do not need to charge you for cable extensions here
    • ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 certified, with a native 600W 12V-2x6 connector. That is far more than a 5070 needs, which means a much larger graphics card can go in later without changing the power supply
    • 750W gives this build a wide margin. The 5070 and 7500F together sit well under half of it in normal gaming
    • Smart Zero Fan keeps the PSU fan stationary at low and moderate load, so for a large part of the time it makes no noise at all
    • 80 PLUS Gold and a 5 year Thermaltake warranty
  • 🔌 Cabling: White cabling throughout, included as standard
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • The Toughpower GT Snow supplies low-profile white cables in the box, so the visible cabling matches the build without extensions or adapters
    • Fully modular, so only the cables this build actually uses are installed. Nothing spare is left cluttering the rear of the case
    • Routed and tied through the case's cable channels, tidy but not overtightened, so future upgrades do not mean undoing everything
  • 📶 WiFi / Bluetooth / Ethernet: Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, included
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Built into the MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E. No separate adapter needed, and the aerial is supplied in the box
    • Wi-Fi 6E adds the 6GHz band, which is usually far less congested than 2.4 and 5GHz if your router supports it
    • 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet for a wired connection, which we would still recommend for competitive play
  • 🪟 Operating system: As chosen by you from the listing options below. Windows 11 Home (OEM) is recommended.
  • 🧹 Setup and optimisation: PC36 High-Class Standard. Full stress test with certificate, bloat-free installation, and BIOS set up properly
Click or tap for deeper spec info

PC36 High-Class Standard, included free with every build

    • Ready the moment you open the box. Your PC boots straight into Windows with a local account already set up. No account sign-in wall, no first-run questionnaire, no half-hour of setup before you can use the machine you just bought
    • BIOS updated and configured properly: manual fan curves, PBO enabled, EXPO/XMP enabled, Secure Boot enabled
    • Vanilla Windows 11 installation if you choose Windows, with no bloatware added by us, and all drivers loaded and ready to go
    • Full stress test with certificate. Every system is torture tested on CPU, RAM and GPU before dispatch, and ships with the certificate to prove it

PC36 Premier Optimisation, available in the listing options

    • CPU tuning to bring thermals and noise down with minimal performance loss, plus a deeper strip and debloat of Windows
    • This case and cooler combination already has more thermal headroom than the parts inside it need, which is exactly the situation where fan tuning pays off most. If quiet is what you are after, this is the option that delivers it

PC36 Ultimate Performance Tune, available in the listing options

    • Advanced overclocking: RAM tune, CPU tune and GPU overclock on top of everything in Premier
    • Worth being straight about the order of operations here. On a 5070 at 1440p the graphics card is usually the limit, so the GPU overclock is where most of the measurable gain sits, with the memory tune behind it. It is a real gain, but this is a build where Premier is the better value option for most people
  • 🛡️ Warranty: 3 years parts & labour (return to base)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
    • Standard 3-year coverage included, parts and labour both
    • Optional extended warranties in the listing options below
Why don't all parts list a brand and model?

Most of our spec is named exactly. The processor, motherboard, case, cooler and power supply are the models listed, every time.

For memory, storage and graphics cards we give a performance and quality guarantee instead of a model name. Supply on these three moves constantly, and pricing with it. Rather than list a part we might not be able to source next week, we commit to the specification: capacity, speed, timings, endurance class. And for graphics cards, we will always give you the chipset (e.g. RTX 5070) and VRAM (e.g. 12GB) that is listed.

We only use parts from established manufacturers. In practice the difference between two well-made components at the same specification is small enough that most people would never notice it.

If you'd like to know exactly what's going into your machine, ask before you order and we'll tell you. If you'd prefer a particular model, we can usually accommodate that, and you'd pay the difference in cost.

👁️ Transparency notes

  • Product images are representative photos of a similar spec in the same style. Your PC will look similar but not identical. Our support team can help clarify anything you're unsure of.
  • RGB heatspreaders on the RAM are not guaranteed unless the quick add-on is chosen - this is due to industry-wide supply constraints on memory
  • Memory, SSD and graphics card carry a specification guarantee rather than a fixed model (click or tap to read more)

Most parts are named models and will be what is delivered. RAM, SSD and graphics card instead carry a spec guarantee, because current market conditions make stock on those three very variable. This keeps us agile enough to offer good pricing and honest spec lists. If you want clarity on the precise models we will use, drop us a live chat on the day you're ready to purchase and we'll confirm it.

🛠️ Popular upgrade options

  • Quick-add upgrades. This listing has a set of one-click upgrades chosen to fit this exact build, each one priced, in the Quick-add Upgrades section on this page. Memory, storage, optimisation, the anti-sag bracket and the extended warranty are in the build options instead. Anything not shown in either place, ask us on live chat and we will price it.

If you are still on a 60Hz or 75Hz monitor, that is where your next money should go, not into this machine. A 5070 at 1440p is producing far more frames than a 60Hz panel can show you.

  • CPU upgrade to Ryzen 7 7800X3D: choose it from the quick-add upgrades, or speak with us via live chat.
Click or tap for more info

Worth it if you play competitive shooters at very high frame rates, large simulation games, or anything heavily modded - the 3D V-Cache shows up in exactly those places. Worth it if you also stream or edit, where the extra cores earn their keep. Not worth it if you play mostly single player AAA titles at 1440p, because the 5070 will be the limit there either way. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which side of that line your games fall.

  • Storage upgrade to 2TB: available in the listing options below.
Click or tap for more info

Worth it if you keep more than a handful of large games installed at once. Modern AAA installs regularly run past 150GB each. The second M.2 slot is free either way, so this is convenience rather than necessity.

  • RAM upgrade to 48GB or 64GB: available in the listing options below.
Click or tap for more info

Worth it if you edit video, run virtual machines or work with large datasets. For gaming, 32GB is not the limit on this machine and more will not gain you frames.

  • Swap to a black colourway: available via live chat.
Click or tap for more info

The Meshify 3 Ambience Pro comes in black, and the equivalent black parts usually cost slightly less than the white ones. If you prefer the darker look, talk to us and we will price it up. Same machine, same cooling.

🎯 What is this PC best for?

  • 1440p gaming at high settings and high refresh rates
  • Competitive shooters at 1080p, where frame rate matters more than resolution
  • Ray tracing with DLSS 4 frame generation switched on
  • Streaming, photo editing and light to moderate video work
  • Buyers who want a quiet machine, and buyers who want a white one that is white all the way through
