Terms of sale and returns

This is a Custom Spec PC. It is made bespoke for you, and therefore is considered a customised item. Any returns on Custom Spec PCs will have 15% deducted from the refund as a restocking fee. That said, if there is something we can alter to make it right for you, please drop us a message or email - we can sort it!

You can avoid restocking fees by purchasing our Returns Protection add-on (on the listing options). This is +£100 and means that you can return your Custom Spec PC for any reason within 14 days of delivery and get a full refund minus shipping. If you keep your PC after 14 days contact us and we'll convert the £100 to a PC36 gift card to spend on site! It's a win-win!

Returns

We will accept returns if you contact us within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided the item is in the same condition it is provided to you. That includes any boxes and packaging.

The buyer pays the return postage cost.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty as standard on all items. You'll also be able to claim manufacturer warranty by registering directly with them

For warranty claims, we will provide a drop-off delivery label free of charge. If you would like the PC collected instead, there would be a small surcharge for this.
