✨ Glitz Two
Mirror, mirror, on the desk
An infinity mirror is an old trick: two reflective layers and a ring of light, and a flat panel suddenly has depth that seems to go on forever. Glitz Two puts one across the front of a gaming PC, cuts two lit fans straight through it, and lets the light fall away into the glass. Switched off, it's a dark mirror. Switched on, it's the centrepiece of the room.
The specification is chosen to deserve the attention. A Radeon RX 9070 GRE, a Ryzen 5 7500F and 32GB of DDR5 make this a high refresh rate 1440p machine with 4K in reach, and a 240mm liquid cooler in the roof keeps the processor cool and the fans calm. It's built on AM5, so any Ryzen AM5 processor drops straight into this board later.
For the gamer who wants the machine to look as good as the games do.
🧬 Built to last, designed to evolve
This system is built on AMD's modern AM5 platform, which offers one of the best CPU upgrade paths available today. That means you can start with a great processor now and still have room to move up the stack later, while keeping the same motherboard, case, power supply and most of your core components. GPU, storage and cooling are all easily upgradable so the system can grow with your needs over time.
📃 Specifications
- 🧠 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- 6 cores, 12 threads of Zen 4, boosting to 5.0GHz, with 32MB of L3 cache
- Strong single core performance, which is what esports and high frame rate gaming actually depend on. In competitive titles this chip is not the thing holding you back
- 65W TDP, though like every modern Ryzen it boosts past that and will pull around 88W with every core loaded. Against a 240mm liquid cooler that is a light load, so the fans barely have to try
- AM5 means the upgrade path stays open. A 7800X3D or 9800X3D drops straight into this board when you are ready
- ❄️ CPU cooler: Thermalright Aqua Elite V6 240mm ARGB, AIO liquid cooler, black
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- A 277 × 120 × 27mm aluminium radiator mounted in the roof as exhaust, so the processor's heat leaves the case directly rather than being pushed around inside it
- Two 120mm ARGB PWM fans running to 2000rpm, and a PWM pump to 2800rpm, both on curves set by hand rather than left on a default
- Against a processor that pulls around 88W with every core loaded, a 240mm radiator is a great deal of headroom. That surplus is why the fans sit low in their range through a long gaming session rather than ramping to hold a temperature
- ARGB on the pump block and both fans, synced with the rest of the lighting. Three years of warranty from Thermalright alongside our own
- A 360mm radiator upgrade is available if you want the absolute maximum headroom, and the case takes one in the roof. See the upgrade options below
- 🔲 Motherboard: ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2.0 (micro-ATX)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- PCIe 5.0 x16 for the graphics card, in a steel-reinforced slot. The R2.0 revision matters here: the original B850M-X runs its graphics slot at Gen4 and has a plain plastic slot. We specify the R2.0 and check the box, because the two are near-identical on a supplier line
- 6+1+1 Dr.MOS power design. Plain English translation: comfortably more than a 65W processor asks for. ASRock do not publish an amperage figure for these power stages and we are not going to invent one
- Two M.2 slots, one PCIe 5.0 and one PCIe 4.0. Only one is used here, so a second SSD is a straightforward job
- Two DDR5 slots, and both are used. That is the trade on an economical board: 32GB in dual channel is the right amount for this machine, but going beyond it later means replacing the pair rather than adding to it
- Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth built in, aerial supplied. 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. A 5Gbps USB-C header runs the case's front USB-C port. Realtek ALC897 audio
- BIOS Flashback, plus the addressable lighting headers that run the fans, the cooler and the case front
- This is an economical board and it is the right one for this build. If you want Wi-Fi 7 and USB4, the X870 upgrade is in the options below
- PC36 only uses motherboards chosen for stability and longevity. See our Trusted brands page
- 📏 Memory / RAM: 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- A matched pair running dual channel at DDR5-6000 CL36 on its EXPO profile, which is the speed AM5 processors are happiest at
- 32GB is what stops you thinking about memory. A game, a browser with too many tabs, Discord and a capture can all run together without anything having to give
- Worth saying, because much of the market has gone the other way: as memory prices have climbed, a lot of machines at this price have quietly dropped to 16GB, or to slower DDR5-4800 and 5600 kits. We would rather put the money here
- Both of this board's two slots are used, so more memory later means a larger pair rather than an addition. For gaming at 1440p and 4K, 32GB is not the limit
- Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
- 💾 Storage: 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD (QLC)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- PCIe 4.0 speeds for quick boots and fast game loading. In normal use it feels identical to any other modern NVMe drive
- QLC is the flash type, and it is what keeps a 1TB drive affordable at this price. The one place you would notice it is writing very large files back to back, where sustained transfers of tens of gigabytes slow down once the drive's fast cache fills. Gaming, browsing and everyday work never do this
- The second M.2 slot stays free, so adding storage later is straightforward and does not mean replacing anything
- Specification guaranteed, model may vary. Happy to confirm the exact part on request
- 🎮 Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 9070 GRE 12GB
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- What it actually is: the GRE is a cut-down RX 9070. Same RDNA 4 silicon, 48 compute units instead of 56, 12GB of GDDR6 on a 192-bit bus instead of 16GB on 256-bit, and 48MB of Infinity Cache instead of 64MB
- Where it sits: roughly 5 to 7 percent behind an RTX 5070 in normal rendering and about 15 percent behind a full RX 9070. In ray traced games the gap to the 5070 widens to around 10 to 13 percent, because NVIDIA is still ahead there
- Why we fit it: it costs noticeably less than the RX 9070 and gives up about 15 percent. On this machine that trade is what pays for 32GB of DDR5 and the liquid cooler. If you would rather have the 9070 and its 16GB, ask us on live chat and we will price the swap
- 12GB is comfortable for 1440p at high settings, and enough for 4K with FSR doing some of the work
- Up to 2,790MHz boost and 220W board power. Supports FSR 4, AMD's machine-learning upscaler, which needs RDNA 4 hardware and is a genuine step up from FSR 3. Also AV1 encode and decode for streaming and recording
- The chipset and VRAM are guaranteed: it will always be an RX 9070 GRE with 12GB. The AIB brand varies with availability, and we only use established manufacturers. See our Trusted brands page for more info
- 🧰 Case: Lian Li Vector V150 INF, Black (micro-ATX)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- 470 × 221.5 × 443.9mm on the outside, around 46 litres, in steel and 4mm tempered glass
- The front panel is the reason this series exists. An infinity mirror built into tempered glass, with precision cut-outs machined through it for the two 140mm intake fans and removable mesh dust filters behind them. The fans carry infinity-mirror hubs of their own, so the effect reads as one piece rather than as a lit panel with two holes in it. Switched off, it is a dark mirror. Switched on, the light seems to fall away into the glass
- Being accurate about airflow: this is a glass front with machined, filtered intakes rather than a full mesh face. That is a great deal more open than the solid glass fronts most mirror cases use, and with the fans drawing straight across the graphics card it keeps everything in this series comfortably cool
- Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX, with 5 expansion slots and support for back-connect boards. Graphics cards up to 400mm and CPU coolers up to 163.5mm. Radiators up to 360mm in the roof
- Front I/O is two USB 3.2 Type-A, a USB-C port and a combined audio jack. An adjustable anti-sag bracket for the graphics card comes fitted as standard
- 🌬️ Case cooling: 2 × 140mm ARGB front intake and 1 × 120mm ARGB rear exhaust, plus the cooler's two 120mm ARGB fans in the roof
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- The two 140mm front fans and the 120mm rear exhaust come with the case. All three are PWM and ARGB, and the front pair carry the infinity-mirror hubs that continue the front panel's effect
- The airflow path is deliberate. Cool air comes in through the mirrored front straight onto the graphics card, which is the part making most of the heat, and leaves through the radiator in the roof and the exhaust at the back
- Mounts for two more 120mm fans in the side and two in the base, so there is room to add airflow later
- Everything lights from the motherboard, so the fans, the front panel and the rest of the machine move as one piece. Fan curves set by hand before dispatch and verified through our standard stress testing rather than assumed
- ⚡ Power supply: Deepcool PL750D 750W 80+ Bronze
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- 750W against a build that draws around 330W under a heavy gaming load. A comfortable margin that keeps the supply in its quiet, efficient band, with room for a considerably bigger graphics card later
- Cybenetics ETA Silver rated, an independent efficiency measurement taken across the full load range, which in practice is a more useful signal than the 80+ badge on its own
- ATX 3.1 certified, built to absorb the brief power spikes modern graphics cards produce rather than tripping over them, and it includes a native 12V-2x6 cable, so a future NVIDIA card plugs straight in without an adaptor
- Non-modular, with the spare cable length stowed under the power supply shroud where none of it is visible through the glass
- An 850W 80+ Gold upgrade is available if you want higher efficiency and more headroom. See the upgrade options below
- 🔌 Cabling: Black cabling, routed and tied
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- Black cables throughout, routed behind the motherboard tray and tied down, with the excess folded under the power supply shroud where the glass does not reach
- Nothing crosses the front intake path or the graphics card's own fans
- With glass on the front and the side, the cable runs are part of what you are looking at. Braided extensions in a colour of your choice are available from the quick-add upgrades
- 📶 WiFi / Bluetooth / Ethernet: Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, included
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- Built into the ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2.0. No separate adapter needed, and the aerial is supplied in the box
- Wi-Fi 6E adds the 6GHz band, which is usually far less congested than 2.4 and 5GHz if your router supports it
- 2.5 Gigabit wired Ethernet, which we'd still recommend over wireless for competitive play. Where the extra bandwidth earns its place is moving large files to a NAS or another machine on your network
- 🪟 Operating system: As chosen by you from the listing options below. Windows 11 Home (OEM) is recommended.
- 🧹 Setup and optimisation: PC36 High-Class Standard. Full stress test with certificate, bloat-free installation, and BIOS set up properly

- Ready the moment you open the box. Your PC boots straight into Windows with a local account already set up. No account sign-in wall, no first-run questionnaire, no half-hour of setup before you can use the machine you just bought
- BIOS updated and configured properly: manual fan and pump curves, PBO enabled, EXPO enabled, Secure Boot enabled
- Vanilla Windows 11 installation if you choose Windows, with no bloatware added by us, and all drivers loaded and ready to go
- Full stress test with certificate. Every system is torture tested on CPU, RAM and GPU before dispatch, and ships with the certificate to prove it
PC36 Premier Optimisation, available in the listing options
- CPU tuning to bring thermals and noise down with minimal performance loss, a deeper strip and debloat of Windows, and all five fans and the pump balanced by hand for the quietest operation the machine will hold
PC36 Ultimate Performance Tune, available in the listing options
- Advanced overclocking: RAM tune, CPU tune and GPU overclock on top of everything in Premier
- The gains on this build are real but modest, so most buyers here are better served by the Standard or Premier options. Ask us on live chat if you are unsure and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for your spec
- 🛡️ Warranty: 3 years parts & labour (return to base)
Click or tap for deeper spec info
- Standard 3-year coverage included, parts and labour both
- Optional extended warranties in the listing options below
Why don't all parts list a brand and model?
Most of our spec is named exactly. The processor, motherboard, case, cooler and power supply are the models listed, every time.
For memory, storage and graphics cards we give a performance and quality guarantee instead of a model name. Supply on these three moves constantly, and pricing with it. Rather than list a part we might not be able to source next week, we commit to the specification: capacity, speed, timings, endurance class. And for graphics cards, we will always give you the chipset (e.g. RX 9070 GRE) and VRAM that is listed.
We only use parts from established manufacturers. In practice the difference between two well-made components at the same specification is small enough that most people would never notice it.
If you'd like to know exactly what's going into your machine, ask before you order and we'll tell you. If you'd prefer a particular model, we can usually accommodate that, and you'd pay the difference in cost.
👁️ Transparency notes
-
There is a lot of light in this machine, and all of it can be turned down (click or tap to read more)
The infinity mirror front, the fans and the memory are all lit, and that is the point of the series. It is also more light than some people want in a bedroom at night or a shared room, so it is worth knowing that all of it is under motherboard control: every part can be dimmed, set to a single colour or switched off entirely, and none of it affects how the machine performs. Tell us in the order notes how you would like it set and we will set it that way before it ships.
- RGB heatspreaders on the RAM are not guaranteed unless the quick add-on is chosen - this is due to industry-wide supply constraints on memory
-
Memory, SSD and graphics card carry a specification guarantee rather than a fixed model (click or tap to read more)
Most parts are named models and will be what is delivered. RAM, SSD and graphics card instead carry a spec guarantee, because current market conditions make stock on those three very variable. This keeps us agile enough to offer good pricing and honest spec lists. If you want clarity on the precise models we will use, drop us a live chat on the day you're ready to purchase and we'll confirm it.
- Product images are representative photos of a similar spec in the same style. Your PC will look similar but not identical. Our support team can help clarify anything you're unsure of.
- Images may show a 360mm AIO CPU liquid cooler with an LCD screen. This is a representative photograph of another build in this case; your PC will ship with the cooler listed in the spec list. If you'd like clarification, or want an LCD screen cooler in your build, drop us a message via Live Chat
🛠️ Popular upgrade options
- Quick-add upgrades. This listing has a set of one-click upgrades chosen to fit this exact build, each one priced, in the Quick-add Upgrades section on this page. Memory, storage, optimisation, the anti-sag bracket and the extended warranty are in the build options instead. Anything not shown in either place, ask us on live chat and we will price it.

Supply on memory is moving so fast at the moment that we cannot promise lit heatspreaders as standard. If the memory lighting matters to the look you want, and on a series built around light it usually does, this guarantees it.
- PSU upgrade to 850W 80+ Gold: choose it from the quick-add upgrades.
Click or tap for more info
Only worth it if you want higher efficiency, or are planning a considerably more power-hungry graphics card later. The 750W fitted already covers the GRE with a great deal in hand.
- CPU upgrade to Ryzen 7 7800X3D: choose it from the quick-add upgrades, or speak with us via live chat.
Click or tap for more info
The step that makes the biggest difference in processor-heavy games, thanks to 96MB of 3D V-Cache. Worth it if you play competitive shooters at high refresh rates, or simulation and strategy games that lean hard on the processor. For single player games at 1440p the graphics card is still the limit, so it matters less there. The liquid cooler fitted already has the headroom for it.
- Motherboard upgrade to X870: choose it from the quick-add upgrades, or speak with us via live chat.
Click or tap for more info
For enthusiasts rather than for most buyers. On this micro-ATX series it swaps the board for a Gigabyte X870M AORUS ELITE WIFI7, and what genuinely changes is Wi-Fi 7 instead of Wi-Fi 6E and USB4 at 40Gbps, which no B850 board has, for single-cable docks and very fast external drives. Worth it if either is something you would actually use; if not, the B850 board fitted gives up nothing in games.
- Cooling upgrade to a 360mm AIO liquid cooler: choose it from the quick-add upgrades, or speak with us via live chat.
Click or tap for more info
A third fan on the radiator, and more lighting in the roof to go with it. Worth it if you want the quietest the processor can be under sustained load, or simply like the look of a full-length radiator across the top. The 240mm fitted already handles this processor comfortably.
- Storage upgrade to 2TB: available in the listing options below.
Click or tap for more info
Worth it if you keep more than a handful of large games installed at once, since modern installs regularly run past 100GB each. You can also leave it for later: the second M.2 slot is free, so a drive added in a year costs you nothing you have already bought.
- Braided cable extensions: choose them from the quick-add upgrades, or speak with us via live chat.
Click or tap for more info
More worthwhile on this series than on most of our machines, because the glass front and side put the cable runs on show and they are part of what you are looking at when the lights are on. Tell us your colour in the order notes and we fit them so the visible runs are done properly.
- Extended warranty: available in the listing options below.
- Anything else: speak with us via live chat. You will be talking to one of us, not a chatbot.
