Ark One is the entry point of the Ark series — a build that takes the Fractal Pop 2 Vision's panoramic glass and reverse-blade ARGB fans seriously, then puts genuinely capable hardware behind them. The Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 5050 handle 1080p gaming with confidence and push into 1440p further than the price suggests, particularly with the use of DLSS technology. The result is a PC that looks like it should cost more, and performs like it was built with care — because it was.
🧬 Built to last, designed to evolve
This system is built on a mature AMD AM4 platform using high quality DDR4 memory. That keeps value strong because more economical DDR4 memory is used, however there are caveats. CPU upgrade paths are more limited than the latest platforms, but GPU, storage, case and cooling upgrades remain wide open, delivering excellent real-world performance per pound. In any event, all upgrades are possible, they just need a bit more thought on this platform, vs a more curent platform.

PC36 offers a gold-standard 3-year warranty on all PCs
This covers component and assembly faults
It does not cover accidental, liquid, or vandalism damage, nor overclocking.
User error including pirated software or viruses is not covered
Repair/replacement is attempted first, and if unable to/uneconomical a refund may be offered
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the following conditions:
- Buyer bears responsibility for return postage cost (unless faulty), and responsibility for the safety/condition of the parcel on its journey back to us
- All serial numbers are recorded and any discrepancies will void the return
- The PC and packaging must be returned in saleable as new condition. All packaging and accessories must be included in the return or it will be void
- Refunds are sent directly to the payment method used for the order

Excellent service all round. I wanted a custom PC build and communications with Jack@PC36 to achieve exactly what I wanted were both helpful and timely - the final price was very competitive too. The build was slightly delayed as component testing revealed that the selected graphics card was both noisy and ran too hot under load. Comprehensive testing prior to purchase is essential and PC36 ensure this is done. The replacement card Jack selected runs both quietly and within temperature tolerances for the SFF case. In sum, a very positive experience. PC36 are highly recommended for your next PC build.
